Corporate Account Executive
Tulsa, Oklahoma
Microsoft is seeking a Corporate Account Executive for a sales territory covering Enterprise Customers in Oklahoma and Arkansas. This role will be a minimum 30hr/week sharing the position with another Corporate Account Executive in the same territory. Position will be based in Tulsa.
Primary responsibilities include:
Achieving against a revenue quota and managing key relationships with Large Account Organizations.
Developing and implementing business plans to drive product revenue, product deployment, and support strategies while effectively leading a team of virtual internal resources.
Additional Responsibilities include:
Discussing Microsoft technologies, positioning technologies to meet customer business needs, positioning and promoting Microsoft and Partner service offerings, developing and executing detailed strategic territory and account plans. Account Executive will be responsible for managing key Enterprise customers in Oklahoma and NW Arkansas. The account executive will perform strategic selling to those clients.
Candidate must have a strong understanding of Business and Technology concerns and is responsible for building strategic relationships within the account, articulating a clear vision, generating enthusiasm and impacting multiple divisions within the account. The Account Executive is responsible for selling at the most strategic level within the account and implementing a solid product and services strategy.
Candidate must be able to demonstrate extensive experience in successfully overachieving against a revenue quota with the ability to drive results within a complex sales cycle. Additionally, strong analytical competencies are required as demonstrated by the ability to clearly create and present business value/cost justification models to senior decision makers. Candidate will execute creative and innovative programs to influence sales opportunities. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Exceptional and proven internal and external team skills are required.
Qualifications should include 5-7 yrs. experience in account and territory management in a competitive environment as well as proven success in exceeding aggressive sales goals. Strong communications skills, oral and written, as well as strong presentation skills are needed. Anticipated 25% travel required. A BA/BS degree preferred.
