We are having our annual Christmas Party on December 14th at TCC Northeast Campus, Seminar Room. We'll meet at 6pm to 9pm. Food will be provided as well as Prizes! We have prizes coming in from GDH, Addison, Quiktrip, JetBrains, and others.

I would do at least an LLC but an S-Corp may be better. You need to talk with a tax accountant to better understand the differences.

I heard good stuff about LegalZoom, but it doesn't cost that much to become a company. The big cost is in the advice.

Isocentric does our hosting as well as Snapsis. I would recommen either of them.

So I decided to play with some code in an article on Code Magazine on extending the membership API by Bilal Haidar; Microsoft ASP.NET 2.0 Membership API Extended

In trying to get the database setup to handle membership data I got this error:
